Healthy Eating




In high school I remember taking a test that required us to memorize the amounts of servings we should have each day. I think perhaps I had my pyramid upside down.

Honestly, if you are having a hard time decided if you eat too much of one thing and not enough of another... check out this new pyramid created by "Department of Nutrition, Harvard school of Public Health"
