Its time to Exercise! part 2

Even though I didn't want to.. I did..

Mostly because I knew I had everyone waiting to read about what I did for exercise today. See.. you are MY MOTIVATION!

And also because I knew I've been slacking..

Those 25 pounds aren't going to leave all by themselves.

My exercise included-

1 mile run, 13.5 minutes

30 minute "Biggest Loser" bootcamp video

20 minute walk mostly uphill

I'd love to hear what your exercise was.
