Its time to Exercise!



I've been slacking in the Exercise department for the past week. I just haven't had time or desire to. Oh excuses excuses...

So today I will exercise. I encourage everyone to do some form of exercise to at least 30 minutes today. We can all make the time together! I'll update later.

Running out doors
Lifting weights
jump rope
yoga
bike ride
swimming
dancing
Walking
